Why not to surround Kond by Water entirely? There is already a Hrazdan river flowing on the left side of it, and I think it would be cool to diverge to surround Kond

Current leading Kond reconstruction project is on photo, the blue parts are supposed to be roads, but I like to imagine them being a river. It would be awesome

Why not flood it and make a nice pond ?

Isn’t there like a huge water shortage in Armenia in a few regions? Redirecting rivers/trying to create rivers in Yerevan might sound nice but that will eventually catch up to the villagers.
