In recent years, I finally see clear tendencies in Lithuania to pay much more attention to a person’s emotional state. It is no longer so scary to say that maybe you are feeling a little bad emotionally, feeling tired, burnt out, depressed, etc. It seems that most people are no longer afraid not only to say it, but also to actively work on solving such problems. On the other hand, after talking with uncles and parents, or simply observing the general discourse of Lithuania, until now one can still feel the mentality of “psychology is nonsense, not science, go get some exercise”. And the prices of therapy are not very attractive. It became interesting what such a semi-representative (?) Lithuanian bubble was thinking. Are you seeing therapists? If so, does therapy help? Are you worried about the price of Lithuanian therapy? I also made a short one [apklausÄ…](https://s.surveyplanet.com/4t01bh14) – if anyone is interested, check it out. And if something interesting comes out of the survey, I’ll post an update (anonymously here, the statistics are interesting).
