As the title says i got this weird handwritten letter in my mailbox with a bunch of others parcels with i ordered and i don’t know what to expect from now, did someone else experienced something like this and what should i do?

Well making death threats is probably illegal but since there’s likely no way to find out who did this there’s not much you can do except inform the police.
I used to have a very old neighbour who sporadically lost his shit and left unhinged little letters around the neighbourhood like that. From the handwriting and vocabulary I’m speculating old person in this case, too.
If you don’t know who it might have been: Discard and move on.
