What are the laws in Switzerland about cancelling a contract the day after you signed?
I will actually try to change the promotion so it won’t be the 24 months long, but I wanted to know my rights.

The basic law is the same as it was with the Romans: [*Pacta sunt servanda*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacta_sunt_servanda). You only have a cancelation right for few contracts and situation. If you have not been cold called, then you likely have no right in your situation-

Never the less, go in a shop or call them and see where it takes you., Maybe they have mercy.
