Then and now photos from my ancestral home in now liberated Fuzuli, Karabakh

My family visited remains of our home in Fuzuli soon after the 2020 war and these are the then-and-now style photos. Since then these ruins that are so near and dear to my heart been cleared to construct Fuzuli airport. Although I personally couldn’t visit our home, these photos and some videos of my grandparents who finally visited their home will remain one of the most bittersweet memories of my life.
This war took so much from us but we are and will be stronger than ever.
