Mr. Yoon, based in Dallas, specializes in digital transformation for tech-enabled services. He focuses on board placements and senior executive hires, helping clients leverage technology to develop markets and boost their performance on a broad range of talent topics including executive assessment, executive development, organizational design, and succession planning. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Mr. Yoon was a senior manager at Accenture, where he spent more than 12 years helping clients in high tech and education implement global strategy, operations, and technology programs. Earlier, he worked on fundraising initiatives and facilitated partnerships between the public and private sectors in Africa.

Mr. Michaelis, based in Hamburg, is excited by the technology- and IT-enablement of business and driving digital transformation with data and AI and their underlying IT Services. He also has expertise in semiconductors, the internet of things, and electronics as well as cleantech/renewable energy. Mr. Michaelis advises clients on senior IT, business process, and operations leader recruitment. He works with companies of all sizes in organizational design, team transformation, management appraisal, and leadership development. Mr. Michaelis also supports executives transitioning into new roles. He is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s semiconductor practice and the industrial practice group.
