Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 0.32% to hit a new 6-month low.

The biggest gainers of the session on the were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:), which rose 0.78% or 1.00 points to trade at 129.60 at the close. Rockwool International B (CSE:) added 0.54% or 16.00 points to end at 2,996.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was up 0.35% or 2.70 points to 771.50 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:), which lost 4.38% or 34.40 points to trade at 751.00 in late trade. Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) declined 3.01% or 14.60 points to end at 470.40 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) shed 2.96% or 295.00 points to 9,670.00.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 98 to 31 and 19 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 1.96% or 1.32 to $68.53 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.92% or 1.36 to hit $72.09 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.58% or 16.05 to trade at $2,797.15 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.39% to 6.87, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.46.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.30% at 103.88.
