Ukrainian logistics company Nova Post has begun offering courier delivery services in the Netherlands. It now operates in 16 European countries.

The company is now offering fast door-to-door delivery and parcel pickup services for items up to 30kg, with shipping to any address in the Netherlands as well as the countries in which the company already operates: Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Hungary, Spain, Italy, France and Ukraine.

“In two years, we have entered the market of 16 countries and are actively expanding our presence in Europe,” said Anton Chernysh, CEO of Nova Post in the Netherlands. “From now on, residents of the Netherlands can also experience Nova Post’s fast delivery services without even leaving their homes. In the near future, we plan to open our own branches in Amsterdam and Utrecht. Thus, even more services will be available to our customers.

“We will not only deliver your shipment within the Netherlands, but also between European countries and even to Ukraine, and we will also insure your parcel up to €150 [US$162] for free.”

Nova Post customers can call a courier to pick up a pre-paid and packaged shipment from any address in the Netherlands. This can be done through the company’s multilingual website, personal account or mobile app.

The company’s digital services also allow users to create invoices, pay for delivery, find their nearest branch and opening hours, and track their parcel in real time. All services are available in Dutch.
