Businesses eyeing pay transparency reporting requirements in Europe aren’t ready yet for looming new rules, according to a new study.
The study, published on Monday by Syndio, a technology company focused on pay transparency, is based on a survey of over 400 human resources professionals globally—97% of which have major operations in the US—as they prepare to divulge more information on their European workforce.
