The FC Andorra are the new winners of the U13 category of MICFootball after beating the Italian AC Milan this afternoon in Vilatenim.
In a balanced game without too many chances, the goals came after the break. Adrià Pozón was in charge of advancing his team three minutes after the restart and it was not until the 43rd minute of the match that Andorra scored thanks to a goal by John Ihuekanenze Ogabor. Milan tried to shorten distances to have options to reach penalties, but it was not successful.
In this way, Andorra closes a MIC in which it has not received any defeat and has only conceded two goals. Leader of their group in the initial phase, they overcame VSJB FC in the round of 16, before consecutively getting rid of NK Olimpija and Girona FC, which they eliminated this morning in the semi-finals on penalties.
