YEREVAN, OCTOBER 23, ARMENPRESS. The dialogue between Armenia and Turkey is progressing positively, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated during the question-and-answer session with the government at the National Assembly of Armenia on Wednesday.

“Our dialogue is developing positively. I believe we have made some tangible progress, including in the use of airspace and other issues. There are certain confidence-building measures that we plan to implement together,” said Mirzoyan.

The Foreign Minister reminded that Armenia and Turkey had agreed to open their border to citizens of third countries and individuals with diplomatic passports, but he expressed regret that it is not yet a reality. The minister added that they will work toward that goal.
