MONROE, La. (KNOE) – Public Service Commissioner for North Louisiana, Foster Campbell, is contesting the Southern Spirit Transmission project from Pattern Energy based on some of the company practices.
“My decision is I don’t think it does any good for the state of Louisiana,” said Campbell.
This has also caused him not to trust the company to use local resources.
Cambell said the way they are approaching landowners is deceiving and a bad business practice.
