Zelenskyy: Ukraine to unveil 'Victory Plan' at summit-level meeting in Germany Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he will use a leader-level meeting in Germany to present his “Victory Plan” designed to end Russia’s invasion.

Zelenskyy took to social media on Saturday, announcing that Ukraine would disclose the plan during the gathering scheduled for October 12.

He said, “The determination of our partners and the strengthening of Ukraine are what can stop Russian aggression.”

Zelenskyy is also expected to use the gathering to seek permission to launch Western-supplied long-range weapons against targets in Russia. The meeting has been called by US President Joe Biden.

Meanwhile, the Russian defense ministry said on Sunday that its forces are continuing their operation to repel Ukrainian troops from the western region of Kursk. It added that two Ukrainian attempts to break through the border of Kursk were foiled.

The Ukrainian military said on Sunday that its operation in Kursk is ongoing. It launched the incursion into the region about two months ago.
