NASA Welcomes Estonia as Newest Artemis Accords Signatory – NASA

SS: Looks like State department has been busy. Just last week Artemis Accords added Dominican Republic, mainly for the potential of an equatorial space pad. Estonia is good at software and can add a bunch to the exploration of space!
