  1. They can stop treating newsreaders like Hollywood stars because they can shuffle papers and read an autocue, especially with so few minutes to register.

    Makes you wonder what they’re actually spending money on because it doesn’t appear to be decent programs.

  4. Part of the issue of falling engagement is the way they handle any kind of feedback. Watching Newswatch is infuriating: they basically just tell all the people who care enough to give feedback that they’re wrong for asking why something is classed as “breaking news” for 15 hours and why everything has typing errors.
