      Eu tot nu înțeleg ce legătură are un procuror cu analiza academica unui presupus plagiat ?

      De cand e nevoie de.o investigație penala?

      Nu e de speța academica, adică facultatea care l-a facut dr sa rie obligata sa analizeze lucrarea de doctorat?
