Is leasing a good option for Volvo EX 30 car.

First of all, I could not find a more appropriate Reddit for “car enthusiasts”, so posting it here.

Usually car leasing is not considered a great option if you do not want to change cars every few years.

But I stumbles onto this offer from Volvo where they are providing 0% interest rate for leasing. (0% bank component and 0% Euribor).
Which means one can own the car at 10% down payment and buy it at residual value of 30% at the end of 5 years.

It looks like a decent offer with less to no downsides to me.
What do you guys think?
