Who wants to go to Crete on Monday for a week?

Hallo,
I have booked a trip to Crete with my partner and our 11-month-old son. We had planned to take out cancellation insurance, but forgot.
Now my son is in the LKH in Graz and unfortunately we cannot make the trip.
We are now looking for someone to step in instead of us. Where do I post something like that? Are there Facebook groups or something similar for this sort of thing?

Transport from the airport to the hotel is arranged with the hotel and paid for on site.

Please no questions about my child. He’s fine.
And no, we do not have any cancellation options, not even via credit card.

The fun cost us ~€2000. We have already spoken to the provider on the phone and could have the trip rebooked to another name for a fee.

We would be happy if we weren’t stuck with all the costs.
