You are already paying for customer support via chat with an A1 employee

I’m not sure when this is from, but these are seriously overkill. Knowing the quality of service I used to get from the associates, I now imagine how I would pay for the same crap.

What do you think about this I am interested? I have never encountered such stupidity anywhere, to pay for 1st line support.
