North Korea accuses South of flying drones over Pyongyang Officials with North Korea’s foreign ministry accuse South Korea of violating their country’s airspace. They say drones have scattered propaganda leaflets over Pyongyang for three days this month.

A statement released on Friday through the state-run Korean Central News Agency says action will be taken immediately and without warning if the South sends more drones.

The statement also says all offensive resources will be ready to respond.

The North also released images purporting to show the drones and leaflets.

The South Korean military denies sending any drones. Officials released a statement saying they will respond sternly if people’s safety comes under threat.

Media in the South say the drones may have been sent by activists.
