Korea seeks reformation of law to deal with child abduction

Another Korean news covered the fact that Korea has no legal structure to return children, because children are basically dealt as a commodity or property by the Korean law.
This becomes a problem when one parent kidnaps the child from the other parent and teaches them to hate/fear/reject that other parent.
