  1. he is still getting paid, so if the dismissal is seen to be fair I wonder if he’ll have to pay the wages back or how that is handled.

He’s going to do himself a fierce injury with that bag constantly slung over the auld shoulder.

  3. It’s actually mad how many people have bought into the narrative he and his family are trying to convey, that he’s being arrested for his religious beliefs. Do they lack critical thinking skills or do they do it on purpose?

Ok so is he actually getting into the school building or is he just stands outside of the gate? All the pictures I have seen in the articles is him standing outside of the gate and if he does that just ignore him? Every time he does this shit and is sent back to prison is just more publicity for him.

  5. You have to think at this point he’s pulling a Prestige and sending one of his identical-looking brothers or sisters in his place every now and then. It just makes good sense.

  6. The other inmates must be doing a ‘whhhheeeeyyyyyy’ everytime he walks into the place.

What’s annoying is that the tax payer has to pay for his stupidity and ignorance. He doesn’t have to pay back any of his time in prison, and supposedly they can’t pay their court fees. So that means foreclosure of assets

  9. [Irish Times](https://www.irishtimes.com/crime-law/courts/2024/10/11/judge-returns-enoch-burke-to-jail-with-great-reluctance/) detailed how the judge kept asking him if he’d abide by the injunction before saying before saying: “I have now asked you on ten occasions… with great reluctance, I have to send you back to jail”.

    > He continued speaking as the judge repeatedly asked would he abide by the order so that he could be released.

    > “Why are you not listening to me, you are a highly intelligent man”, the judge said also asking “are you being controlled by somebody else”.

    > At that point, Mr Burke’s mother Martina shouted at the judge “Are you being controlled by somebody else” and then said “yes you are”.

    > The judge then rose from the bench but returned less than a minute later and warned he would have the person interrupting him removed from the courtroom by gardaí, who were in attendance, if it happened again.

  10. The family is undoubtedly getting financial support from various sources (most likely a lot from America). The comments on their YouTube videos are almost all supportive.

  11. Can someone explain the point of this from the Burke point of view?

Like what’s he trying to achieve and what’s his desired result?

Burke is a nutter, but he’s not violent as far as I know, surely they could give him house arrest and an ankle monitor, and put one of the child abusers and rapists in jail instead of letting them off with suspended sentences which seems to happen with appalling and depressing regularity in Irish courts
