Oh, previous articles mentioned he was a ‘Nelson man’ from Lancashire. Guess not.

Will he be getting deported now that he has been found guilty of multiple serious crimes?

*Rahmat Qalander, 23, originally from Afghanistan but living in Lancashire was jailed for 10 years and will be deported once he completes his sentence.*

Bit too confident to assume “will be” deported to Afghanistan, it’s much more likely we’ll be stuck with this burden, have we managed to deport anyone to Afghanistan since the Taliban took over?

    I hope he rots.
Deport once sentence is finished and remove from this country.

Once again the vulnerable at risk due to this open door to all policy.

Daily Mail wants British rapists for British victims.

People who think the worst thing about this incident is how the perpetrator got to the UK should be put on a watch list.

  5. who knew some of the undocumented illegal migrants might be dangerous, heres me thinking they were all doctors and nhs staff.

  6. Small boat crossings have been going on for six years at this point and we’re no closer to solving it than we were back than. It’s clearly a threat to the security of the British public as demonstrated by the article and has other unpleasant social and economic affects. But there isn’t a plan at all to deal with it. Are we just meant to tolerate this forever?

  7. Border Force, the RNLI and Home Office should be held accountable for the crimes of this sex offender. We all knew this kind of thing would happen and they brought him into the country anyway. They’re accomplices.

Strap in, there is a lot more of this to come and the powers that be will be trying to cover it up.

“Wow, I’ve travelled hundreds of miles and finally found a country that is safe and accepting.

Welp, better go commit a horrendous crime then” – his thought process I assume

I, for one, congratulate the foreign owner of the Daily Mail for undertaking this brave effort to report on *absolutely every sexual assault* on women and young girls

It’s going to take up most of the page space in the print edition, and he’ll probably need to buy another server farm in Alaska to keep it all online, but I admire his dedication

  11. An illegal immigrant jailed for 10 years and our taxes pay for a roof over his head and 3 meals per day, lovely justice system.

  12. And he’s from Afghanistan which means he will stay in the UK forever since we have no deportation agreement with the Taliban, and even if we did the courts will rule that it would violate his human rights (as defined by naive morons in 1998)

  13. Bit of luck his justice will be dispensed by ‘normal old school cons’ on the inside 😀

Honestly what’s the point in discussing this when half the comments end up getting deleted anyway

    Are we shocked and surprised

How long before he does it again I wonder, and then lessons will be learned

Question: if the UK government is forced to rescue/bring in these small boats rather than intercept and deter them due to international law… does the same law apply to British boat owners who theoretically could form their own mini naval taskforce and physically block these illegals from reaching UK borderforce vessels?
