2 days in a row, have been waiting for an echidna to cross Burwood Hwy. 1st spot, a quick thinking passer by gave a jacket up as a make soft glove to grab spikey boy
I forgot to put the second day. Day one was outside Cameo in Belgrave. Day 2 just near Upper Gully station

Poor thing. My guess is call wildlife victoria and see if they can offer any advice? If you tell them he’s been repeatedly walking onto the road, maybe someone will come and relocate in a better spot?
