This is a perfect opportunity for Chechen to rise up & take back independent Chechnya. Putin’s forces are now fighting at both ends, at home & in Ukraine. There will not be reinforcement forces to help Kadyrov. Other minority countries too, must take this opportunity to take back their countries.
