Given the considerable economic costs of obesity, and the staggering number of both adults and children who suffer from obesity, ~300 cases of suicidal ideation from 28 million side effect reports are a rounding error.

Hmmm. Out of 28 million reported adverse effects they found a whopping total of 269 self reported claims of suicidal ideation? That is 0.00096071%.
Don’t think that would be statistically significant of anything other than random occurrence.

  3. Anyone who’s ever taken an ssri could tell you that suicidal ideation gets WAY worse before it gets better.
