As long as they don’t need to put their bikes anywhere it’s fine
Why are they building 2-bed single story units for social housing? Especially in Dublin where land prices are significantly higher.
Build Apartment Blocks like a normal City please !
Nice, wish I was that rich
50% of that is labour
OPW: those are rookie numbers
Low density social housing…why is this even a concept? Make it high density, add ramps, soundproofing, and elevators. Boom
Ireland can source most of the raw materials required for building internally. Bar metals.
We’re taking in 100,000 people a year who need work.
Things don’t have to be this way.
Planning in Ireland is a complete joke. 2 bed single story units?!?!?
No wonder Dublin is a sprawling mess with terrible infrastructure.
Should cost well less then 100k, no need for greed
