Second last category is the only right one, more man than woman try the political path so having more woman than men means there is some favoritism and sexism by parties.
On the other hand having less than 40% means there is sexism too.
Exact 50% means there is some kind of enforcement which is a democracy homicide.
In all of this I would never expect Ethiopia to be so high
