Prosecutors won't appeal after Hakamada Iwao death penalty overturned in retrial

Japanese prosecutors have decided not to appeal a retrial ruling which overturned the guilty verdict of Hakamada Iwao.

He had been convicted for killing a family in 1966, and spent nearly half a century on death row.
