If you are not interested in found footage horror movies, feel free to ignore this post. Flair is art because I didn’t know what else to put hahaha.
If anyone doesn’t know, found footage films are those in which there is a cameraman, that is, the camera used to record the film by itself. For example the film Lake Mungo, is a found footage horror film in the form of a pseudo-documentary, in Paranormal Activity it is rather shown through the camera used by the main character and through the cameras he installs inside his house. Some of you horror watchers must have heard of REC or the Blair Witch Project. Such movies.
This is a list of found footage horror movies I’ve seen, and I’ll update it when I see a new one. These are not movies that are often liked by the general audience of moviegoers (and I understand why because some of them are really criminal), but for me and for some people, they are a kind of guilty pleasure and movies that we enjoy. Most of these films have a very low budget and some people simply don’t like them, sometimes the acting can be a little on the amateur side, sometimes they are simply not good enough in every sense, but sometimes they can really be a hit. In this list you will find some of those films and for some of them a short review from my side with a rating where I write without spoilers and also include whether in my opinion the film is worth watching.
As for the sites they are viewed on, I can’t help you there. They are scattered across different streaming services, and there are ways to watch those movies without those services.
So, if there is someone who likes horror movies and wants to watch something like this, if someone is just interested or if someone likes movies like this and is looking for a list with recommendations, you will find my list on the link.
