Hi guys,
This is a picture of my heater. I have read that heaters has temprature sensors which makes them turn off when certain temperature is reached. But my heater is always on(I can hear constant lil sound of heating coming from it ). Is it possible that my heater doesn’t has temperature sensor? Is landlord responsible for it?

This should have a sensor. If it is set to 0, it should never heat.
Do you just hear the sound or does it actually get hot? Cause it might just be sound from the pipes running to the other tenants.
Sometimes it gets stuck during the summer, which might get fixed by turning it fully on and off it might get unstuck.
If all doesn’t help it might also be broken and you should talk to your landlord.
