I think the rule is 2 per bedroom else needs a special lodging license. Going to guess they don’t have a lodging license.

For $95 i don’t think whoever rents it is going to give 2 shits if it’s legal. Also, if it’s a dude that gets to live with 8 chicks, they definitely aren’t going to complain.
