My wife works in a medical office and one dude was going on and on about how this was going to wreck the economy and it was all Biden’s fault. She asked him if the strike is over before the election would Biden then get the credit, and he just turned around and took a seat in the waiting room without saying anything else.

Otherwise, you would have celebrated the fact that the strike ended way earlier than anticipated, is set to not interfere with the election cycle at all, *and* that workers got a lot of what they requested. I was aware of the impending union strike, but it seemed like in MAGA-world, this was going to be a 9/11 type of earth shattering event. My media bubble includes news like that, but theirs hyperfixates on whatever talking point they want to blow up at a given moment.
