    “We are particularly interested in speaking to people who knew Frances or Robert Crawford, in particular personal circumstances including their marriage,” he said.

    “The purpose of today is to appeal for public assistance as investigations continue into the circumstances. We’re confident that there are people who are out there who have vital information.”
