I guess the other 4 billion people who don’t have internet access as they use cow dung for fuel and poop into a hole in the ground. Those folks will laugh at the rest of us when our friendly oligarchs and their government sugar daddies tie us up with central bank digital currency restrictions if we do not jump high enough or poop the right color when demanded.
