I really do understand the frustration that Ukrainians feel that the US and other allies aren’t doing everything they ask, when they ask it, to help in their defense.
But to suggest they are doing nothing or somehow deliberately slow playing the support is counterproductive.
Nobody in this thread knows exactly what reasons are in play. I suspect it has a lot to do with the ridiculous political situation and the upcoming election, but that’s just a suspicion.
Any American that supports Ukraine is already working to pressure our government to do more. Please don’t spit in our eye.
Posts like this just sow division and doubt in the alliance.

The one thing everyday Americans can do to help Ukraine most is to vote and elect Kamala Harris President. There’s virtually nothing else to do as an American citizen that is nearly as important or relevant.

Sooooooo for anyone who doesn’t live here I don’t know if you noticed but around like……2016 “we the people” kinda lost whatever minute amount of control we thought we had over our government. Like the average person over here would gladly punch Putin right in the throat for you. Your best plan? Figure out how to make volunteering for your military more accessible to Americans. The more American lives on your soil, the more Americans sending videos from your front lines, the more the USA will give a damn.
