On March 26, 2021, a Falcon-9 upper stage reentered the atmosphere in [spectacular fashion](https://x.com/Rasmusse007/status/1375303605356355586) over the U S Pacific Northwest with a large debris fragment impacting a farm in Washington State.

This was a result of a failed deorbit burn after a March 4, 2021 Starlink launch.

Did the FAA ground the Falcon 9s in March 2021?
Given that Starlink launches occurred on March 11^(th), March 14^(th), and March 24^(th), I’d wager they did not.

If not, why not? Why now but not then?
