‘Why didn’t you learn:’ Taiwan’s envoy asks why Canada is still vulnerable to China’s canola tariffs

> In an interview with the Star on Tuesday, Taiwanese Representative Harry Ho-jen Tseng questioned how Canada didn’t find more new canola customers in recent years.

He’s referred to as a representative because Taiwan doesn’t have an embassy in this country and we don’t recognize them. Taiwan only has trade offices in this country and do not have an ambassador in Canada. We officially don’t have a position on China/Taiwan.
