    Here is another way I’d saying the same thing:

    Investment of 365 million on cycling and walking infrastructure

    And yet another way:

    We are going to invest €63 per person on cycling and walking infrastructure, €40 out of each €63 will be spent on consultancy

  2. Why do we never see headlines like this for roads?

    Like they would never publish a headline

    ” 1.09 million euro a day for roads in cork”

    * the macroom bypass and new Dunkettle interchange both opened this/last year at a cost of 400 million euro.
