Controlling the construction industry when they need to ass a bit to the supply and winding them down when there’s too much.
Regular people were priced out of construction by ever inflating “investor” turn overs that incentivised construction AND the banks only to service the wealthy at inflated costs.
If people started being able to afford/build houses then their artificially created wealth wouldn’t be worth as much.
