Officially you’re supposed to call a wildlife rescue officer. Unofficially you just wrap a towel around them and carry them out to the nearest tall tree. They will be panicked and scared. Be gentle but firm.

Have you tried just opening a door and seeing if he’ll take himself through it? Keep everyone away, though you might have to shoo him gently towards it if he doesn’t get the idea

They like fruit. You could potentially fruit trail it outside? I’ve given them apple before.
