  1. Quick description of the Hyunmoo 5: it’s designed to have a variable payload, and has a range of 300km when equipped with the 8t (8,000kg) warhead. However, with smaller payloads (ex: 500kg), it has a range between 3,000~5,000km, putting in the IRBM category.

    Based on hearings from the National Assembly, the missile purportedly has a CEP of 4m, making it highly accurate if true.

    It is currently the heaviest non nuclear ballistic missile officially in service in any military.
