The misinformation surrounding Lee Jung-jae in the West.

I've been seeing a lot of people on Reddit make some bewildering accusations about Lee Jung-jae, especially now that S2 of Squid Game is coming out.

For those of you who can't read any Korean, these accusations aren't true as they aren't even what was being accused in real life. I'm honestly surprised how this all started. TLDR: He didn't assault anyone nor did he out his friend or make a homophobic statement.

I figured I'd post it here as some sort of digital footprint since I'm uncomfortable with how often I see these rumors pop up on Reddit given the fact that they were either blatantly mistranslated or just straight-up fabrications.
