How will openAI o1(and o1 series) help scientific research and advancements?

I am especially excited for quantum physics advancements as quantum physics is that field which is beyond most people's brains. It requires geniuses. So this o1 can help, no?

This o1 might improve productivity of our brilliant scientists and researchers, which means that, in one sense, we have more scientists for the same number of scientists we have now. And I guess more scientists mean faster scientific development. I might be wrong though!
