India has made a point not to utter a single word in Pakistani internal politics, tussle between democracy and martial law or Army's aggression or undermining the Governments in power.
But, this time, S Jaishankar in his UN speech said – "Today, we see the ills it (Pakistan, Pakistan Army he meant IMO) sought to visit on others consume its own society."
This might be the first time India commented on the internal matters of Pakistan. The Pakistani establishment (read Pakistani Army) is at the root of issues in Pakistani woes (internal and external) and finally Army is targeting its own people now.
