How to use interpark??

I’m having such a hard time trying to get tickets through interpark. I signed up and did all the ID verification. Then it sent me back to the home page. I went again to the tickets I wanted to book and it made me do the ID verification again, but it’s saying I already did it. There doesn’t seem to be anywhere else I can click to buy the tickets. It just makes me go through the whole ID verification again and then says I already did it. If someone knows what to do I’d really appreciate some help!!
