Hallo everyone! I received a letter from my service provider for heat and utility bills for the year 2023 asking us for additional payment ( I live in a WG in Thüringen). I was reading through the betriebskosten and I noticed the kosten for the Hausmeister are really high. I don’t know if it’s normal or maybe there was some kind of mistake so I would appreciate any help!
