  1. About 10 years ago, I went for a NSW non-police role in enforcement. I had to sit the same psychological test that cops sit.

    I failed because the test showed I was “conflict adverse and had the personality type that would think too much about my actions”. I.e I was too empathetic and avoid drama. These traits make you at risk from psychological trauma.

    That’s the filter they are applying to candidates for the force. Low empathy, love conflict.
