its always so easy to watch these videos and scoff at how russia sends these meat waves, but to take a second and think that these were once actual people living a somewhat normal life and had hobbies and what not is fucking insane to me. Horrible fucking country and what a horrible unnecessary war

In the first couple of seconds it looks like an RPG is fired from the bottom right of the screen, hits the carcass of a previous vehicle kill (explosion bottom center rightish) after which the shaped charge pings off the APC and flys out of frame top left. Wild.

As always it’s a 30 second clip so you can’t gather a lot of information off this but this is why you don’t stop in ambushes. Unless there was some other detail they never should have stopped there. If you get ambushed you keep driving to get out of the prepared engagement area and into relative safety.
At least the BMP made it out but it’s an unfortunate loss of life.
