Vance’s idea is actually realistic. Zelenskyy’s is either just a call for more war, or he is under the illusion that Ukraine is in a position of strength to negotiate his terms.

He is playing to his audience. The man, and I use that term loosely, only has one agenda and that is to go against everything he has ever said so he can try to put Trump in Office so his bosses can screw over the same audience Vance is now preaching to. He is a hypocrite and is driven by greed. Makes him the perfect running mate for his new handler.

If Ukraine is expected to agree not to join nato then that should only be done in exchange for getting territory back. If you give Russia all this Land and force Ukraine not to join nato it just pushes the war off for a few years
